Return & Refund Policy

At Surfactant Industries, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility Window
You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and unopened — sealed in its original packaging.
- The product must be in its original condition — undamaged, with all labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or payment receipt) must be provided.
- The product must be returned in appropriate packaging to prevent transit damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used adhesive products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
- Products with missing original packaging, seals, or labels
- Bulk orders (50 kg and above) — these are made-to-order; contact us before purchasing
- Free sample / trial kit items
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or defective (e.g., leaking container, manufacturing defect), please:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91-9829100870 or email at sales@woodadhesives.in.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp (+91-9829100870) or email (sales@woodadhesives.in) with your order ID, reason for return, and photographs.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number if eligible.
- Pack the product securely and ship it to our address (G1-97, New Jodhpur Industrial Area, Jodhpur 342003) using a trackable courier. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Share the tracking number with us after dispatch.
6. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (card, UPI, bank account) within 5–7 business days.
- Razorpay may take an additional 2–5 business days to credit the amount, depending on your bank.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, before dispatch. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please initiate a return after delivery.
- For bulk / B2B orders already in production, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us before placing large orders to confirm lead times.
