• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, especially for bulk orders, without prior notice.

3. Order Placement and Acceptance

• An order placed on this website constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price.
• Your order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if the product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error in pricing. You will be refunded in full in such cases.

• All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure Razorpay checkout.
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets as supported by Razorpay.
• All transactions are encrypted and processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details.

STARKE D3 and other adhesive products must be used as directed in the Technical Data Sheet (TDS). Surfactant Industries is not liable for damage resulting from improper application, storage outside recommended conditions, or use on substrates not listed in the TDS.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
