Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders placed on woodadhesives.in are processed and dispatched from our facility in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Shipping is managed through Shiprocket, India's largest logistics aggregator, giving you access to multiple courier partners and real-time tracking.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Processing time is 1–2 business days from the date of payment confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp/SMS notification with your Shiprocket tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or local disruptions. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for exceptionally heavy or bulky orders (e.g., multiple 20 kg pails) may vary. You will see the final shipping cost at checkout before payment.
4. Delivery Locations
We deliver pan-India to all serviceable pincodes via Shiprocket's courier network. To check if we deliver to your pincode, enter your address at checkout — non-serviceable pincodes will be flagged before payment.
We currently do not ship internationally. For export enquiries, please contact us at sales@woodadhesives.in.
5. Packaging
All products are packaged to prevent spillage and transit damage:
- 1 kg pouches and small pails are bubble-wrapped and boxed.
- 10 kg and 20 kg pails are shipped in reinforced cartons with foam padding.
- 50 kg carboys and 200 kg HDPE barrels are dispatched via freight courier — lead time and shipping cost will be quoted separately for these.
6. Bulk / B2B Orders (50 kg and above)
Bulk orders (50 kg carboys and 200 kg HDPE barrels) are dispatched via road freight and are not available through the standard online store checkout. Please contact us for a custom quote:
7. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a Shiprocket tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS/email. You can also track your order directly at shiprocket.in/shipment-tracking.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., recipient unavailable), the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to our facility. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.
